  • Nokia 5230 Gets Introduced

Nokia’s latest phone is a touchscreen cheap handset, Nokia 5230, that gets introduced in the video below. This clip is however a failure, since it shows a pretty laggy interface and uses a poor background song. Nothing like the Booklet 3G video!

  • Nokia Booklet 3G Uber Cool Presentation

Nokia has just revealed its first mini laptop, the Nokia Booklet 3G, that gets showcased in the video below. We’re dealing with a very nice presentation video, that has a background soundtrack worthy of an Oscar movie, or something. Does anyone know the name of the song?

  • Spokesassholes Part 5: Wes Moss and Zune

Wes Moss has got to be related to Captain Obvious, since he’s saying a lot of BS that’s partially true, we all know it, but still we wouldn’t buy a Zune for this tiny reasons. Failed Zune Pass ad? Yes!

  • Spokesassholes, Part 4: Alltel’s Chad

As the folks of Gizmodo claim, Verizon and Alltel might merged only for the sake of getting rid of the annoying Chad. This boring and annoying character was chosen to promote Alltel’s services, but all he manages to do is show off a blaze man’s image, as he tries to… do nothing at all, but look like a white collar failure.

  • Spokesassholes, Part 3: Laptop Hunters Lauren, Giampaolo and Lisa

  • Spokesassholes Part 2: Sir Richard Branson

Let’s allow a billionaire to take over the space, future tourism and spaceships and allow rich people to have galactic parties. Hmmm, who to choose? Sir Richard Branson, maybe?

  • Spokesassholes Part 1: Catherine Zeta-Jones

Gizmodo has a very interesting piece regarding “spokesassholes in tech”, or the faces of people we don’t want to see associated with top notch technology. T-Mobile has chosen Catherine Zeta-Jones as its official spokesasshole, so we’ll have to hear her annoying accent each time the carrier is advertised on TV. And the commercial goes something like…

  • Palm Pre Commercial is a Clone of Apple’s Ad

Wow, a Palm Pre commercial that’s not creepy! This, I’ve got to see… However, this ad also has its flaws, like the fact that it mimics Apple’s iPhone commercials. Here’s a comparison between the two below in order to figure out the resemblances:

  • Sony Ericsson Jalou Officially Announced, Commercial Surfaces

There’s also a commercial available for the handset, that you can check out below and obviously it features some pretty hot female models and… trendiness.

  • Toshiba TG01 Commercial is as Annoying as Ever

Remember Toshiba TG01, the first smartphone with a 1 GHz processor on board? It was announced back in February during Mobile World Congress 2009 and launched in the UK last month. Now, after a bunch of annoying commercials for TG01,  here’s yet another one based on the same motto, that’s being repeated by a robotic female voice: “thin, fast, wide”.
