HTC Sense Android UI Debuts on HTC Hero

HTC’s Sense UI puts the user at its centre and customizes every aspect of the operating system. Sense allows the user to customize home screen widgets as he pleases, communicate with his contacts in any way (email, social networking, IM etc) and always stay online, while doing basic stuff like dialling numbers or listening to music.

HTC Hero is the most promising piece of gadgetry I’ve seen lately and its Sense UI is incredible, perfectly overlaying the Android OS. The phone comes with a digital compass, a 3.2 inch touchscreen, a G sensor, a 528 MHz CPU, AGPS and a 5MP autofocus camera. Promising? We think so!

HTC managed to leak the promo video for HTC Hero on their site, but they took it down immediately, proving that this was a mistake. However, the guys of AndroidCommunity were sharp enough to catch the video and repost it. There’s a neat Carphone Warehouse ad going around, that’s seemingly the first UK HTC TV commercial. Witness the features of the Touch Diamond2 in action, as it shows the advantages of its virtual keyboard, maps, calendar and services.

One of the best HTC commercials ever, this Diamond ad is all about elegance, style and that hot TouchFlo 3D interface. It’s a pretty lengthy ad, but you’ll never get bored of it.

HTC Touch HD Official Demo Video

HTC Touch HD is probably the hottest touchscreen phone right now and I have to say that I fell in love with the background song of this video demo. As for the features of the device shown the clip… astounding.
