I am a current Omnia (910) user on Verizon who was very disappointed with Windows Mobile 6.1 and Samsung’s shell. Wound up paying for SPB Mobile Shell to get a usable interface and had to abandon Exchange e mail caused by protection restrictions. Essentially anytime you tried to spot or receive a call, you needed to enter your PIN and I was missing calls as a outcome. Finally determined to abandon smartphones for the time getting (economic reasons) and wait for a fantastic Android device. The Galaxy S (Facinate) need to fit the bill. Disappointed to hear on the GPS problems. Let me add that Verizon’s 3G service was great through and I sooner or later stopped utilizing WiFi mainly because V3G was a lot fast ample for me.Interestingly, I’m applying the Omnia like a wireless product around the house for checking e-mail, Twitter, Facebook and uncomplicated browsing. But not as being a telephone!
